ANNA RICHEY JOINS CHOICES4LIFE by juda myers Feb. 26, 2013

Anna Richey is no stranger to the trauma of rape pregnancies.It was her story that drew us together after she saw the rape conceived sonogram comparison. She didn't realize there were others like herself. We talked and I was so moved by her horrific experience but even more moved by her strength. She is strong and determined with an unfailing love for her family which includes her daughter conceived in rape.

Anna was a very tiny thirteen year old when she gave birth. Together with the support of her mom and the love of God she is an overcomer. I asked Anna to consider being on the board of CHOICES4LIFE because she demonstrated all the qualities a person in a rape pregnancy needs. She is grounded and able to lead others out of the pit. It was before we met that I asked Anna to pray and consider my offer. But after hearing her and meeting her face to face I knew she would be a great asset.

It was her very first time speaking about her experience to an audience and she delivered like a professional. Her husband Jim is and has been a great support for her and stands behind what God is doing in their lives through Anna. They are truly a joy.

I'm excited to say that Anna Slaugh Richey will be on the Board of Directors and a very active part of the life affirming mission of CHOICES4LIFE. She is an answer to my prayers for help.
